About
What to expect: Basic horse stance, Kung Fu, lion dance instruments (including gong, drum, cymbals), basic lion dance movements, and lion dance knowledge.
Class Info: 🗓️ Day: Every Sunday (Accepting new students year-round) 🗣️ Language: Instruction in Cantonese & English 💰 Cost: #FREE Age Groups: 🔸Ages 6-11 (Ongoing) 🕑 2:00 to 3:30 pm 📍Diversecities (1406 Centre St N ) 🔸Ages 12-18 (Starting on June 30) 🕑 11:30am to 1:00pm 📍Calgary Chinese Cultural Society (#201, 116 2 Avenue SW) 👖Student Attire: Dark-colored long sweatpants and sports shoes recommended 🥁Props Provided: Drums, cymbals, gongs, and lion heads for immersive learning *Students who have an attendance rate of over 75% and pass the assessment will receive a certificate.
