Time & Location

Time is TBD

Calgary, 1406 Centre St N, Calgary, AB T2E 2R9, Canada

About

  • Incorporates a brief history and introduction to racism (particularly anti-Asian racism) in Canada, terminology, strategies, and resources, with opportunities for participants to share their personal experiences and stories through art. We recognize that racism is a very personal and sensitive matter, and seek to create a safe space for participants to share, ask critical questions, learn, and encourage one another.
  • Due to the nature of this Workshop, participation is limited to a maximum of 4 people (aged 18+) for a closed group. Participants are required to attend all four sessions.
  • Dates: August 16, 18, 23, 25.
  • Time: 1:00pm to 3:00pm

To Register for this event please email: Cindy Au (cindy.au@diversecities.org) & Robyn Tsoi (rtsoi@diversecities.org) / by phone at 403-265-8446.
