About the Event

Recognizing the importance of physical activity and movement in order to upkeep functional independence among ageing Calgarians, the Fit-2-Age program with Tracy Rand focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and confidence. A Diversecities staff is present at each fitness session to translate the instructor’s description of each exercise and the benefits associated with it.
