Financial Empowerment

“Financial Empowerment for Women” is a free program that empowers immigrant women to gain economic security by providing the tools and resources so they can take control of their financial lives. This program targets immigrant women who experience difficulty in accessing the Canadian financial system and products sur to lack of proficiency in the English language. Cultural differences, lower levels of income and education. Some of the challenges for this group include: inadequate understanding of system and process, lack of trust and language barriers. The goal is to support these immigrant women build a financial foundation for social and economic inclusion and long-term financial security.
