Social Connection

It's about feeling belong.

It's about a sense of belong and connecting with yourself, family, friends and                                            community. Be part of giving back to the community.

Diversicites Social Connection programs are designed to reduce social isolation and provide support to marginalized immigrants and their families experiencing barriers to integration. These services facilitate individual and community integration and civic participation through services that bridge immigrants to broader society.
